Alison Arella (she/her)

Alison Arella is currently the Vice President of Community Impact at CareOregon, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cambia Health Solutions in various roles, including Director of Corporate Citizenship, Assistant Director, Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility, and Community Investment Relationship Manager. Alison also worked at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon as a Community Investment Specialist from June 2010 to February 2012. Earlier in their career, Alison worked at DoveLewis Emergency Animal Hospital as a Signature Events Coordinator and Individual & Corporate Giving Officer. Alison started their professional journey at McKinley + Pillows as a Political Fundraiser from June 2006 to June 2007, followed by a position as a Political Fundraiser at Roberts & Associates from June 2003 to June 2006.

Alison Arella attended Palo Alto High School from 1993 to 1997. Alison did not obtain a degree nor did they pursue any specific field of study at this institution. Following their high school education, Alison went on to enroll at California State University, Chico from 1997 to 2001. During their time there, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Organizational Communications, Philosophy, and Women's Studies.
