Angela Mitchell

Angela Mitchell is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in value-based purchasing, business transformation, and patient-centered care. Currently serving as Vice President of Value Based Purchasing and Director of Business Transformation at CareOregon since September 2018, Angela oversees process improvement strategies across the organization. Prior experience includes managing healthcare delivery systems at Intel Corporation, where Angela led the development of accountable care organizations and high-performing provider networks. Angela also held roles at Providence Health & Services, focusing on patient-centered care and hospice program management, and began a career in community outreach and program management at Relief Nursery. Angela holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Oregon and an Executive Masters in Public Administration from Portland State University.
