Brian Bell

Brian Bell is an experienced Application Systems Administrator at CareOregon since 2011, responsible for the installation, configuration, support, security, monitoring, and maintenance of mission-critical applications for nearly 300,000 Oregon Health Plan members. Prior to this role, Brian served as a Network Technician, managing corporate network services and server infrastructure. Brian's career includes working at Kroger from 2004 to 2011 as a Support Analyst/Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed IT support across various divisions of the organization. Earlier positions at Fred Meyer included roles as Lead Trainer, Fuel Manager, and Order Clerk. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Systems from Portland State University.
