William Dutton

William Dutton has extensive experience in laboratory information systems and IT support, currently serving as a Laboratory Information System Application Specialist at Yosemite Pathology & Precision Pathology since October 2023. Previously, Dutton held the position of Systems Administrator at GeneIQ from June 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included authoring technical documentation and managing help desk tickets. Prior experience includes roles as Laboratory Information Systems Administrator at Gulfstream Diagnostics, focusing on data warehousing and KPI reporting, and at Ally Clinical Diagnostics, enhancing laboratory workflows and reporting. An early internship at the Smithsonian Institution involved database assembly for Lepidoptera specimens. William Dutton earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Texas in 2014.
