Cindy Lech is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust background in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Sourcing Recruiter at CareOregon since October 2022, Cindy previously held several positions at Infinity Rehab, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Director of Recruiting, and Regional Recruiter from June 2013 to October 2022. Prior to Infinity Rehab, Cindy was the President of Right Fit Recruitment, a boutique permanent-placement firm focused on healthcare, from April 2010 to June 2013.
