Deb Abela-Chauvin

Deb Abela-Chauvin, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Employee Relations Partner at CareOregon, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Deb held roles such as Senior Employee Relations at Columbia Sportswear Company from September 2018 to July 2024, and Human Resources & Volunteer Services Manager II at OMSI from January 2017 to July 2024, responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and volunteer services. Deb started in HR as an HR Generalist at Stream Global Services from April 2008 to May 2010, and contributed to Nike's Benefits Administration from 2005 to 2008. Education was completed at Portland State University.
