Katerina Shapiro

Katerina Shapiro is a seasoned professional with significant experience in marketing, communications, and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at CareOregon since May 2024, Katerina also works as a Rowing Coach at STATION L ROWING CLUB. Previous roles include leadership positions at Google from May 2016 to May 2023, where Katerina held various titles including Go-To-Market Lead and Senior Global Product Lead, focusing on privacy-centric measurement and app developer sales. Earlier experience includes roles at AppsFlyer, Matomy Media Group, Dori Media Group, and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, contributing to customer success, account management, and emergency services. Katerina holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in International Relations and Affairs from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
