Kelly Lee White

Kelly Lee White is an experienced professional in health equity and program management currently serving as the Health Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Manager at CareOregon since May 2015. In this role, Kelly has developed an organizational EDI strategy that engages a significant portion of the staff. Previously, Kelly held various positions at CareOregon, including Value-Based Payment Senior Program Manager and Healthcare Transformation Project Manager, where achievements included streamlining processes in a $30 million VBP portfolio and orchestrating regional summits for community resiliency. Additionally, Kelly's experience spans academic contributions as a faculty member at Pacific University, research initiatives supporting low-income populations, and international public health efforts. Educationally, Kelly holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration & Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management.
