Melissa Gaither

Melissa Gaither is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and value-based contracting. Currently serving as the Manager of Value Based Contracting at CareOregon since August 2019, Melissa leads a team focused on meeting OHA requirements and strategically aligned contracting initiatives while emphasizing equity, diversity, and inclusion in staffing. Prior to this role, Melissa held various financial analyst positions at Oregon Health and Science University from 2008 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing an $11 million budget and providing analytical support for business planning. Melissa's career began at Staples Solutions as an Administrative Assistant and Project Manager, where project management skills were developed. Melissa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Warner Pacific University.
