Melissa Neves

Melissa Neves has over a decade of experience in credentialing and provider relations, currently serving as Credentialing Supervisor at CareOregon since February 2020, after progressing from the role of Credentialing Specialist. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Reliant Behavioral Health as a Senior Provider Relations Representative from September 2009 to February 2020, where responsibilities included maintaining behavioral and alternative care panels for insurance companies and network development. Earlier experience includes a customer service role at Kmart Corporation from May 2006 to September 2009. Melissa holds an Associate's degree in Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller from Anthem College Online, completed between 2008 and 2009.
