Autumn Akers, QMHA NCMA, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in community health and case management. Currently employed at CareOregon since August 2015 as a Community Healthcare Worker and Community Health Outreach Worker, Autumn facilitates access to preventive services and coordinates care through the food RX program.
