Qurynn Hale

Qurynn Hale is a seasoned behavioral health professional with extensive experience in supporting children, youth, and families. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Program Manager at CareOregon since October 2019, Qurynn has effectively translated policies and clinical models into operational procedures for the Children's Behavioral Health System of Care. Previous roles include System of Care Coordinator at Youth Villages and various positions in social work, including a Social Work Intern with the NYC Department of Education. Qurynn's background encompasses management of placement activities, therapeutic support, and the implementation of evidence-based practices within diverse settings. Qurynn holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Washington.
