Tracy Williams-Murphy is an Equity, Diversity, Inclusion Resource and Training Specialist at CareOregon since September 2023. Previously, Tracy served as a Program Specialist in Special Education at Portland State University from July 2011 to September 2023, managing administrative details for licensure programs and supporting student recruitment and retention. From February 2005 to November 2008, Tracy worked as an Educational Sales Representative for Reed Elsevier, engaging with faculty in Oregon's higher education institutions, and held a similar role for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from January 2000 to June 2004, focusing on Washington state schools. Tracy also has a background in broadcasting, having been a Radio Announcer/Programmer for Infinity Broadcasting from November 1997 to November 2008. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Brown University.
