Senior Director Quality And Performance at CarePartners

Cathy Browne has a diverse work history. Cathy started their career at CarePartners in 1999, where they worked as a Senior Manager of Quality & Risk until 2012. In this role, they were responsible for managing and administering the Quality Management Program and providing leadership and support for quality improvement.

Cathy then joined the North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network in 2012 as a Director of Patient Services Contracts. After that, they moved to the North Simcoe Muskoka Community Care Access Centre, where they held the positions of Contract Management Specialist and Director of Purchasing and Contracts. In these roles, they were involved in the development and maintenance of processes for performance monitoring and reporting, analyzing service provider performance, and providing education on contract management processes and policy.

Cathy returned to CarePartners in 2019 as a Director of Innovation & Operational Excellence, and later became a Senior Director of Quality and Performance. The specifics of their current role are not provided.

Cathy Browne completed their Nursing Diploma from Fanshawe College in 1987. In 2002, they obtained a Certificate in Quality Management from the University of Manitoba. Starting in 2014, Cathy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration from Athabasca University, completing it in 2022. Additionally, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Health Administration from Athabasca University, which they completed in 2021.
