Jonathan van Lare Pharm D

Jonathan Van Lare Pharm D is an accomplished pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in specialty pharmacy management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Specialty Pharmacy Management Services at CarepathRx since February 2023, Jonathan also holds the position of Director of Specialty Pharmacy and Subject Matter Expert at DromosPTM since August 2020. Prior roles include Director of Business Development & Accreditation for Specialty Pharmacy at Henry Ford Health System and various positions within the same organization, including Director and Manager of Specialty Pharmacy Services. With a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in drug therapy oversight, physician and patient education, and development of evidence-based drug strategies aimed at enhancing care quality while managing healthcare costs.
