Elise Biviano is the Owner of CarePatrol Franchise Systems, LLC and CarePatrol of Spokane, with both positions held since June 2017. Prior to this, Elise served as the Executive Director and Administrator at Brookdale from January 2014 to June 2017. Elise's educational background includes studies at George Fox University.
