Martin Medeglia

Martin Medeglia is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Care+Wear since March 2025, Martin previously held the position of Business Operations Manager at Punta Shopping from July 2012 to February 2025, where significant contributions included the development of a high-performing team and achieving ISO 50001:2018 certification through energy-efficient initiatives. As the Head of Finance and Accounting, Martin enhanced internal controls and financial processes. Additionally, Martin is the founder of Medeglia & Company, providing consulting services in agribusiness, retail, and software development. Martin also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Universidad Católica del Uruguay, recognized for achieving high student performance. Martin holds an MBA from IAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
