Susan Davis

Susan Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Susan most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at Care+Wear, overseeing product operations and leading the revamp of the product life-cycle. Prior to that, they co-founded and directed operations at FSCL LLC, a consulting company. Susan also held various roles at Carlisle Etcetera LLC, including Senior Vice President of Design and Production and Vice President of Production & Operations. Susan managed luxury labels, strategized gross profit and cost containment measures, and improved operational efficiency. Susan began their career at Norton McNaughton, where they managed product development, production, and operations for multiple private label divisions.
