Orletta C. has a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness. Orletta'scurrent position is as the Director of People & Culture at the CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, where they serve as the HRBP for Delta Dental of Massachusetts. In this role, they lead strategic and operational human capital efforts and partners with the CHRO in various aspects of culture-building, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Before joining CareQuest, Orletta worked at AXIOS HR as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing direct support to multiple clients and leading HR service delivery. Orletta also gained experience as an HR Manager at The Handleman Company, as a Lead Benefits Administrator at Great Lakes Strategies (acquired by Ceridian), and as a Human Resources Specialist at SmithGroup.

Orletta C. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University. Orletta also has a Master Conflict Resolution Specialist Certificate from Macomb Community College. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in September 2023.
