Naseem Fardos

Naseem Fardos has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. They started their career as a Nursing Secretary/Nursing Clerk at New Solution Staffing in July 2017. In November 2017, they moved to Queens Blvd Extended Care Facility, where they worked as a Nursing Secretary/Staffing Coordinator until August 2018. From August 2018 to August 2021, Naseem held the role of Director of Human Resources and Staffing at Centers Health Care. Their responsibilities included talent acquisition, benefits coordination, training, and compliance with HR legislation. Currently, Naseem serves as the VP of Staffing and Recruitment at CareRite Centers, a position they started in August 2021.

Naseem Fardos began their education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Allama Iqbal College in Sialcot, Pakistan. Naseem attended this college from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, in 2015 and 2016, they attended the Institute of Medical Careers to become a patient care technologist. Naseem focused their studies on Health/Health Care Administration/Management during this time.
