Arvind Karna

Arvind Karna is the Co-Founder of CareSanctum, a tech-driven elder care solution launched in January 2025, focusing on wearable technology and personalized support to enhance senior independence. Prior to this, Arvind was the Product Leader and Head of the On-Demand Vertical at SquadStack from January 2016 to December 2024, where significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies were achieved. Arvind's career includes progressive roles in product management and operations at SquadStack, as well as an Operations Manager position at ZO Rooms, where day-to-day operational tasks were managed. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Engineering Trainee role at Reliance and a trainee position at Applicomp (India) Limited. Arvind holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
