Deb Pare RN, MBA

Deb Pare has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent role was as the Manager of Client Services Delivery at CareScout since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Recruiting at Atlantic Recruiting Group from 2019 to 2020, specializing in actuarial and risk talent sourcing. In 2018, Deb worked as a consultant at dsp consulting.

Before entering the recruiting field, Deb had a successful career at Hologic, Inc. where they held multiple roles. From 2008 to 2018, they served as a Clinical Education Manager for Clinical Sales, where they trained and developed a high-performing team while increasing revenue through product line expansion. Prior to this, they were an Account Manager from 2007 to 2008, spearheading the promotion and sales of a disposable breast biopsy device.

Deb Pare also worked at Suros Surgical Systems as a Regional Clinical Director from 2005 to 2007, where they hired and developed a Clinical Education Specialist team. From 1996 to 2006, they worked at Maquet Getinge Group as a Regional Clinical Manager and Sales Training Manager, overseeing the growth and development of a Clinical Sales team for a disposable product used in cath lab and IR.

Deb started their career as a Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Nurse at Boston Children's Hospital from 1989 to 1995. During their time there, they led teams, conducted research, and implemented training programs, resulting in multiple publications.
