​Arul is a Mechanical Engineer with over 28 years of experience in the areas of operations, corporate finance, business development, manufacturing, and quality engineering. He is an all-rounder, a professional who has seen several ups and downs in businesses. He has travelled to several countries to accomplish business and statutory requirements. He has an in-depth knowledge of global compliance norms relative to taxes, EXIM and rebates.

He has spent more than 15 years working for a major global Tier -1 auto component supplier and has been part of Caresoft since its inception.
