Kalyan Nagarajan

Kalyan is a mechanical engineer with over 18 years of experience in diverse segments such as Business & Quality Consulting, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing, Engineering Services – Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and After-sales, BPO processes (Voice/Non-voice).

He is a Master Black Belt (Lean Six Sigma) with hands-on experience in implementing these methodologies in various businesses, from Automotive OEMs, Tier-1s to Process industries, and Services. He is also well versed in quality management system standards. He has done his MBA from INSEAD.

​Kalyan joined us during our first big leap in 2010 and has been instrumental in managing all operations in Europe, establishing key partnerships and driving sales ever since. Under his leadership, Caresoft grew immensely both organically and in-organically while expanding our reach into different domains and markets within Europe.

​He understands Caresoft services very well (across all domains) and with his wealth of experience in the Engineering Services business, supported by Lean Six Sigma Consulting experience and solution mindset, he can articulate the customer requirements in a better way and propose customized yet a well-integrated solution satisfying the business objectives.

He has lead major global projects executed for one of our key customers and is a trusted resource for managing complex global deployments.

In his current role, he is now helping Caresoft to diversify the portfolio further in the EU expanding from the existing customer base and is managing all our EU operations including key customer relationships.
