Krish Sengottaiyan

Krish Sengottaiyan has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Krish started their career at Turbo Energy Limited in 1994, where they worked as an Engineer, focusing on methods engineering and process improvement. Krish then moved on to Visteon Corporation, where they held two roles: Assistant Manager for Global Program and Quality Support, and Assistant Manager for Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Excellence.

In 2008, Krish joined COMSTAR AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGIES as the Global Program Launch and MSE Manager, responsible for managing program launches on a global scale. Krish then transitioned to Comstar Automotive USA LLC in 2013, serving as the Plant Manager for an automotive assembly plant, overseeing all aspects of plant operations. Krish was also a part of the Plant Launch Core Team for Comstar Automotive's first international assembly facility in Tecumseh, Michigan.

In 2014, Krish joined Caresoft Global as the DGM for IMES, responsible for delivering engineering services within the industrial and manufacturing engineering domain. Krish later took on the role of Technical Director, Operations, where they managed operations, account management, and customer relationships with a focus on the automotive, agriculture and farm equipment, construction, heavy equipment, white goods, and general manufacturing industries.

Throughout their career, Krish has demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, quality engineering, tool design, and process engineering. Krish has also been involved in mentoring and training professionals in various manufacturing and industrial engineering disciplines to enhance organizational capability.

Krish Sengottaiyan holds a Master's Degree in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, completed in 2011. Krish also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University in 2000. Krish Sengottaiyan earned an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thiagarajar Polytechnic College between 1991 and 1994. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Internal Quality Auditor Certification in different years and institutions.
