Satyajit Das has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the recruitment and operations sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Key Accounts at Caresoft Inc. since November 2014, Satyajit oversees recruitment operations, human resource planning, training, and client relations. Prior experience includes a role as Team Leader at Yatra Online Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included process and SOP documentation, and a significant tenure at IBM, first as Lead Quality Assurance Analyst and previously as Senior Operations Executive, providing technical support for HP customers. Satyajit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Karim City College and secondary education from Church School Beldih.
