Akiva Dworkin, FSA, MAAA is an accomplished actuarial professional with extensive experience in pricing, forecasting, and performance management across various healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Actuarial Director for Individual & Family Plans at CareSource, Akiva leads a team of actuaries focused on ACA Marketplace activities, including pricing strategies and business development initiatives. Prior to this, Akiva held multiple actuarial roles at Cigna Healthcare, contributing significantly to PBM pricing methodology, small group pricing, Medicare Advantage medical economics, and disability reserving. Akiva also gained early experience at Deloitte Consulting and Mercer, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania and further education at Machon Yaakov - The Rabinowitz Institute.
