Chelsea Hayes

Chelsea Hayes has over a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Compensation at CareSource Management Group since February 2012, where responsibilities include delivering comprehensive recruiting support and developing innovative sourcing strategies. Prior to this role, Chelsea held various positions at Von Maur, including Human Resources Manager, overseeing the employee life cycle and managing payroll for 115 staff members, as well as Floor Manager and Department Manager. Chelsea also gained valuable retail management experience at White House Black Market as an Assistant Manager and Sales Associate. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Miami University.
