Dena Benesh

Dena Benesh currently serves as the AVP of Human Resources at CareSource, with prior roles in the organization including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources. Before joining CareSource in March 2021, Dena worked at Empire Marketing Strategies as Director of Human Resources. Dena's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Macy's from June 1998 to July 2020, where roles ranged from Director of HR Change Management to Managing Director of Human Resources, overseeing comprehensive HR functions and achieving significant initiatives such as creating the first unified paid time off policy for Macy's. Dena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Miami University.
