Francisco A. Irizarry

Francisco A. Irizarry, JD, MBA, CHC has extensive experience in risk management and legal oversight, currently serving as Team Lead Manager for Risk and Oversight at CareSource since August 2019, where responsibilities include leading risk management teams and interpreting complex federal and state provider agreements. Prior roles include Senior Risk and Oversight Manager and Risk and Oversight Manager at CareSource, as well as Manager of Global Procurement at RELX, and Director of Hazard Operations & Services at Assurant. Irizarry directed product strategy and planning at LexisNexis for over two decades, managing multimillion-dollar product portfolios and vendor relationships. An attorney with a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton, Irizarry also holds an MBA in International Marketing from the same institution and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, cum laude.
