Kayla Perusse

Kayla Perusse, MBA, has a diverse professional background with experience in product management and account management across multiple organizations. Kayla began as an intern at the City of Grand Forks ND before progressing to roles at Forum Communications Co. as an Advertising Representative. Following this, Kayla spent four years at Marsh McLennan Agency in various customer service and account management positions. Most recently, Kayla held multiple titles at CareSource from March 2022 to September 2023, including Senior Product Management Analyst and Senior Manager of Duals/LTSS Growth Partnerships. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Communications from the University of North Dakota and is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Health Care at Youngstown State University.
