Kelli Barrieau

Kelli Barrieau is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical operations and services. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations at CareSource since January 2026, Kelli leads teams focused on dual eligible enrollees in Massachusetts and oversees care management for FIDE SNP members. Prior to this role, Kelli held several leadership positions at Commonwealth Care Alliance, including Vice President of Clinical Services and Clinical Director, where initiatives were implemented across multiple states to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Kelli's earlier experience at Cooley Dickinson Hospital involved quality improvement leadership and nursing operations management.
