Krystl White-Hardy, MA, LPC, CPCS has extensive experience in behavioral health and therapy roles. Krystl has worked in various organizations providing individual and group counseling services, developing treatment plans, and conducting chart audits to ensure compliance with guidelines. Currently, Krystl holds the position of Behavioral Health Initiative Lead at CareSource, where Krystl is responsible for regional planning and implementing provider programs and initiatives.
