Shelley Moss

Shelley Moss, FSA, MAAA, is the Associate Vice President of Actuarial Science at CareSource, where they lead state-specific Medicaid rate advocacy teams. They co-founded Women Actuaries of the West to connect and empower women and allies in the actuarial profession. With prior experience as an Associate Actuary and Consulting Actuary at Milliman, Shelley focuses on Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) and has expertise in pricing, reserving, and financial forecasting across various health products. Shelley earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics with an emphasis in Actuarial Science from Utah State University.
