Shiela Batista

Shiela Batista is an experienced professional with a background in market liaison support and medical claims. At CareSource since July 2013, Shiela has held roles including Market Liaison Support Services Analyst II, Medical Claims Specialist in Research and Resolution, and Payment Integrity Specialist. Prior to CareSource, Shiela worked at Pendum, Inc. from October 2006 to April 2011 as a First Line Technician, where responsibilities included independent repair of automated teller machines and troubleshooting software issues. Shiela also served as a First Line Technician at NCR/First Line Solutions from October 2000 to January 2005, consistently achieving high call volumes. Educational qualifications include a medical billing and coding certification from Ohio Medical Career Center in 2012, and studies at Grace College & Seminary from 1983 to 1985.
