Paul Wickline, CPC, COC, CPMA, CEMC, CGSC, is an experienced professional in healthcare compliance and coding, currently serving as the Director of Compliance at CareSpot Urgent Care since May 2024. Previously held the position of Manager of Audit & Coding at Complete Health from December 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included drafting and enforcing compliance plans and providing training to healthcare providers. Prior to that role, Paul managed coding compliance at LifePoint Health® for over a decade, conducting compliance reviews and discussions with healthcare providers. Earlier experience includes positions as a Billing Consultant at HCA and a Senior Consultant at KPMG, focusing on reimbursement and chargemaster standardizations. Initial career contributions were made as a Senior Health Information Associate at QuadraMed, addressing reimbursement and compliance issues. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Augusta University.
