Sung Balester is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at CareSpot Urgent Care since 2017, Sung previously held the position of Regional Director. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Women's Health Strategy at Baptist Health from 2014 to 2016. Between 1991 and 2014, Sung worked at Cleveland Clinic, advancing through various roles including Institute Administrator for Ob/Gyn & Women's Health and Clinical Manager. Sung's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University.
