Jeffrey Lahley began their work experience in 2007 at Domino's Pizza, where they started as a delivery driver and was later promoted to Assistant Manager/Delivery Expert. Jeffrey played a key role in introducing new lunch promotions that increased store revenues. Lahley managed a team of 6-8 employees and trained new staff members in all aspects of store operations.

In 2010, Lahley joined Paklab and served as a Quality Assurance specialist. Jeffrey ensured that packaging materials met customer specifications for major clients such as Procter & Gamble and L'Oreal. Additionally, they assessed manufacturing quality of various plastics used in flexographic printing. Lahley also worked as a Materials Handler, where they earned licenses to operate machinery used in the Shipping & Receiving Department. Jeffrey excelled in inventory management and was familiar with the Sage ERP x3 system and ISO certification process.

Lahley joined CareStar in 2014 as a Marketing Assistant. Jeffrey'sresponsibilities included planning and executing Social Media and Email Campaigns, website design and development, and implementing Search Engine Optimization techniques for the company's websites.

Jeffrey Lahley attended Norwood High School from 2003 to 2007 and earned a High School diploma. Jeffrey then went on to study at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management and Business Management.
