Elizabeth Rickard Shah is an accomplished fashion industry professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and design. As the Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of Careste since 2019, Elizabeth has spearheaded sustainable luxury fashion initiatives. In addition, Elizabeth has contributed to James Perse Ent., Inc. in design and development for shoes and bags since 2022. Previous roles include co-founding Green Dot Bioplastics, Inc., serving as Director of Design and Development for Emilio Pucci handbags, and holding positions at Rickard Shah, Emanuel/Emanuel Ungaro, Giorgio Armani, and Sonia Rykiel. Elizabeth holds a B.A. Hons Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Kingston University.
