Dr. Michelle Grimes has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. In 2019, they served as the Chief Nursing Officer at CareSTL Health. Prior to this, in 2018, they founded and became the CEO/President/Founder/Owner of EPIC Healthcare and Wellness Solutions LLC. Dr. Grimes also worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at LHI starting in 2017.

Dr. Michelle Grimes obtained a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree with a focus on Advanced Practice Clinical Leadership from Chamberlain University from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they received a certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in January 2017.
