Prior to that, Roland was CFO & European Operations Director at OSspray Ltd., overseeing all startup elements in London, and Managing Director & Company Secretary at KaVo Dental Ltd., where leadership focused on maximizing sales and profitability. Roland's career commenced as Finance Director & Company Secretary at KaVo, and included the role of Chief Accountant at Mannesmann Demag Hamilton. Roland Schmidt earned a Degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart, Germany.
