Brian Cashimere has a strong background in operations and customer experience management. Brian started their career as a Process Engineer at Eastman Kodak in 2005 and then transitioned to the role of Process Engineer at Carestream in 2006. Brian later worked their way up to becoming a Maintenance Planning Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor at Carestream. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Customer Experience Manager, overseeing customer satisfaction and service. Brian then took on the position of Operations Excellence Manager, responsible for optimizing operational processes. Most recently, they held the role of Flow Manager at Carestream. Brian is currently working there as the Director of Operations Excellence, starting in January 2023.
Brian Cashimere earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science degree in Engineering Science at Monroe Community College from 2000 to 2002. Brian then pursued their Master of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Rochester from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the CCXP certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association in 2017 and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
