Carolyn Zacks

Carolyn Bussi Zacks is a seasoned user experience professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including healthcare, consumer electronics, and software development. Since October 2014, Carolyn has served as a Senior User Experience Architect/Designer at Carestream Health, and prior to that, held positions at TK Software and Motorola Mobility, where notable contributions included global audits of internet security software and mobile device software updates. Carolyn's diverse portfolio encompasses leadership roles in user experience design processes at companies like Whirlpool and Kodak, along with significant collaboration efforts with major technology firms through the WiMedia Alliance. Carolyn holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Systems Engineering with a Human Factors concentration from Virginia Tech and both an M.S. and B.S. in the same field from the University at Buffalo, underscoring a strong academic foundation in human factors engineering.
