Miguel Nieto

Miguel Nieto has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles within the imaging technology industry. Miguel began their career at Kodak de Mexico in 1984, where they worked in manufacturing with a focus on process improvement, quality control, supply chain management, and overall management.

In 1996, Nieto moved to Eastman Kodak, where they held roles as a Reengineering Manager, overseeing the Order to Cash process, and later as a Quality Director for Latin America.

Miguel returned to Kodak de Mexico in 1999 as a Channel Manager for Drug and Convenience, responsible for implementing business strategies in these channels. Miguel then became Sales Director for the Consumer Business Unit, leading sales, marketing, and business support functions, and driving the transition from traditional to digital photography.

In 2008, Nieto took on the role of Country Business Manager for Colombia at Kodak LTD before moving to Kodak Export, LAR in 2009 as the Sales & Marketing Director for the North Andes Region. Here, they developed and implemented a distributor business model, successfully transitioning from Kodak local companies to distributors in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador.

In 2010, Nieto joined Kodak de Mexico again as the Sales Director for Consumer and Commercial. Miguel led the Mexican sales, marketing, service, and operations teams and was responsible for revenue and earnings, overseeing annual sales of $150+ million.

Miguel'smost recent role was with Carestream, where they served as the President of Latin America. Miguel was responsible for all Carestream businesses and operations in the region, focusing on improving profitability and developing go-to-market strategies and business models in various Latin American countries.

Miguel Nieto obtained their MBA degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their IE degree from ITESO between 1979 and 1983.
