Björn Von Siemens is the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Caresyntax. Prior to this, they were with surgical.ai, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, and Droege Group. Björn started their career at Siemens Healthineers as the Healthcare Division CEO Assistant.

Björn has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Björn has a deep understanding of the various players in the healthcare ecosystem and has helped companies across the spectrum – from startups to large corporations – navigate the ever-changing landscape. Their experience spans strategy, operations, business development, and product development.

Björn holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cologne and an MBA from INSEAD.

Björn Von Siemens is a German entrepreneur and academic. Björn has a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Psychology from Harvard University, and a Ph.D. in Business Economics from the University of St. Gallen. Björn also has a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.

Björn Von Siemens reports to Dennis Kogan, Co-Founder, Chairman, & CEO. They work with Ken Wu - Chief Technology Officer, Mike Woods - Global Chief Medical Officer, and Matt Krueger - Chief Commercial Officer.
