Nicola Mellone has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, with roles ranging from Technical Project Lead to Field Service Engineer. They started their career at nSpire Health as a Quality Engineer in 2008 and then moved on to Volcano Corporation, where they worked as a Field Service Engineer from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they held the position of Senior Field Service Engineer at Volcano Corporation before transitioning to their role as Customer Support Engineer at Hansen Medical in 2014. In 2015, Nicola joined Boston Scientific as a Field Service Engineer EMEA, a role they held until 2018. From 2019 to 2023, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at EPD Solutions, a Philips company. Currently, Nicola holds the position of Technical Project Lead at caresyntax since 2023.
Nicola Mellone attended OSZ IMT Berlin from 2002 to 2005, where they studied Medical Engineering. From 2005 to 2007, they furthered their education at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, specializing in Medical and Physical Engineering.
