Priyanka Swarnkar

Priyanka Swarnkar is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the medical and research sectors. Currently serving as a Work Student at Caresyntax since August 2022, Priyanka has contributed to literature reviews for annotation guidelines and data labeling, enhancing the accuracy and production of high-quality data. As a Master Thesis Student, significant research was conducted on risk management challenges in the medical device industry, gathering insights from 126 professionals through an online survey. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Fellow and Project Manager at AIIMS, where Priyanka developed Standard Operating Procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, experience as a Research Assistant involved contributions to the establishment of a large DNA biobank as part of a collaboration between AIIMS and Erasmus Medical Center. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Life Science Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and previous degrees in Clinical Research Coordination and Microbiology.
