Lori Delbridge MBA CMPE

Lori Delbridge MBA CMPE has held a variety of roles in the healthcare and sales industries since 2004. Lori began their career as Director of Business Operations and Credentialing at Sentara Medical Group/Urology of Virginia PC, where they were responsible for orchestrating the day-to-day business operations of a busy medical practice and coordinating credentialing services for 400+ providers. Lori then held administrator and director-level positions at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, Sentara Health System, and West Penn Allegheny Health System before taking a role as Administrator at the Jordan Young Institute in 2009. In 2016, Lori became Practice Manager at Charlottesville Dermatology, where they directed the daily operations of a high-volume medical practice, including business development, purchasing, marketing, and patient relations. Subsequently, Lori held a Sales Associate role at LLBean Inc, a Sales Associate/Teacher/Consignment Knitter role at Magpie Knits, a Ticket Sales Associate role at the University of Virginia Department of Athletics Ticket Office, and a Sales Coordinator role at Caretaker Medical. In this latter role, Lori managed world-wide sales activity with the use of Insightly CRM, prospected new clients, created sales campaigns, and reported effectiveness of e-marketing using Mailchimp.

Lori Delbridge MBA CMPE received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from William & Mary in 1988. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Planning and Administration from Penn State University in 1982. Lori also holds certifications as a Certified Medical Practice Executive and as a Virginia DCJS Registered Unarmed Security Officer ID#99-489977.
