Mark Barron

Mark Barron serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CareVet, overseeing more than 220 veterinary hospitals and a team of over 3,000 personnel across 40 states since August 2025. Prior to this role, Mark was the Chief Growth Officer at EyeCare Partners from January 2018 to July 2025, leading a team of approximately 400 in various sectors at a significant revenue-generating eye care company. Mark also held various positions—including Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development, Vice President, Business Development, and Director, Business Development—at The Riverside Company from August 2015 to December 2017, focused on private equity investments. Earlier career experience includes work in M&A at Harris Williams from January 2011 to July 2015. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Dayton.
