As Co-Founder of Carevoice, Simo Mechbal is driving innovation in the customer support & call center industry with an AI-powered voice agent designed for seamless customer service. Prior to this, he served as Product Owner at MARS, managing the roadmap and backlog for eight e-commerce sites, focusing on improving customer experience. With over +10 years of experience in total and a passion for scaling startups, he brings a blend of technical knowledge and strategic vision to every project.

Simo is a polyglot and speaks 4 languages fluently (English, French, Spanish & Arabic). He holds three Master degrees in Strategy & Business from CentraleSupélec, a top university in Paris, France.
